In 2012, I had the pleasure of traveling to Thailand and Laos in late December. In Laos, we visited my father's sister's home and village, Xieng Khouang. It had a magical feeling that made us want to stay. With my camera in hand, I explored Phonsavan, Xieng Khouang Province where my aunt lived.
