    Celebrating Heritage through Play

Hlub means Love—and she’s full of it! She’s packing her pink purse, sipping her boba, and getting ready to sparkle at the Hmong New Year. With her dog Romeo by her side and three fabulous Hmong outfits to choose from, she’s got style and stories to share. Hlub shows up as her whole, radiant self—full of color, joy, and heart. Whether she’s twirling in coins or watering her plant, she reminds every girl: you are already enough, just as you are.

Pachiaaa is where Hmong heritage meets modern design—bringing motifs, inspirations, and old tales into the everyday.

What began as a way to honor my culture through art has grown into a space where I blend tradition with travel, memory with function. Whether it’s a bold pattern on a tote bag, a delicate digital print, or a personal portrait session, each piece reflects where I’ve been, what I’ve seen, and what’s been passed down to me.

The idea is simple: to see Hmong culture proudly represented on the surfaces we use, wear, and love—while making space for beauty, experimentation, and storytelling. Sometimes that looks like a vibrant statement. Other times, it’s a quiet, intentional design shaped by where I am in life. And occasionally, it’s simply something made to be beautiful and useful—no explanation needed.

From global travels to the peaks of national parks, from late-night retouching in my St. Paul studio to long meals shared with family—Pachiaaa is a reflection of all the layers I carry as an artist, a woman, and a creative soul.

As I continue to evolve, so does my work.

I’m expanding as both a graphic designer and photographer—pushing my craft forward while staying rooted in what matters most: story, culture, and connection.
