Shipping Policy
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It generally takes 2-3 business days for an order to be processed and another 2-4 business days for the items to be produced and shipped*. In addition, there may be a 1-2 business day shipping delay for high-ticket orders or shipments to non-verified addresses.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Please note that the shipping transit time for each mail class is in addition to order processing times. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
* Assuming that all products in your order are immediately available and not on pre-order.
Standard Shipping - USPS First Class which takes between 2-7 days to arrive.
International Shipping - USPS International First Class Mail. Delivery will vary by destination.
***Please keep in mind that all shipping method time frames are in addition to order production and processing time frames.***
LOST PACKAGE?
Always make sure your mailing information is correct before placing your order. Pachiaaa is not responsible for any lost and/or damaged packages due to carrier shipment malfunction or customer error.
Please contact USPS for any carrier questions (drop offs, lost mail, hold for pick up) with your tracking information. Orders will not be resent or refunded based on carrier shipment malfunction or customer error.
Return Policy
All sales are final. We take extra precautions to give you the best product(s) and will never ship to you anything that we believe is not up to our highest standards.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, all sales are final. Please contact me at pachiaaabrand@gmail.com to cancel your order.
